Mission Statement
The Paso Robles Housing Authority acts as a catalyst in stabilizing the lives of families and individuals by providing safe, attainable, and supportive shelter for the residents of Paso Robles exhibiting the greatest need, regardless of race, gender, or ability.

The Housing Authority is considered a local governmental agency that is separate from the City of Paso Robles. However, pursuant to State Law, the seven-member Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is appointed by the City Council.
