Affordable Housing Low Income Housing in Paso Robles There are 18 one bedroom , 87 two bedroom , 40 three bedroom and 2 four bedroom units The rents within Oak Park are based on a tenant’s adjusted monthly income and cannot exceed the following Maximum Rents: one-bedroom $650, two bedroom $700, three-bedroom $750, four- bedroom $800. Application Process Applications must be returned in person. The following supporting documents will need to be included with your application; we will make the copies for you at no charge. For all Adults: Social Security Card, Photo ID, if not a U.S. Citizen Proof of legal immigrant status (green card), proof of income. If your income source is Social Security or Cash Aid the most current award letter. For children we will need to make copies of birth certificate (if born in the U.S.) and social security card. All adults must come into the Paso Robles Housing Authority office to sign necessary forms including a consent for criminal background check. Please make sure that the current and past landlords address is included. Because we do not do credit checks your rental history is very important. Failure to supply this information will slow the application process.
